What's on each council page

Every council page answers the question first: what a Band D home pays this year, a year and a month. Then it shows every band, how much the bill went up, which bodies get a share (council, county, police, fire, the Greater London Authority or the parish), and how many homes are in each band. In England we show the Band D charge in each of 8,901 parish and town council areas. Scottish pages add Scottish Water's water and sewerage charges, so you see the whole bill. Each page lists the council's own premiums on second and empty homes, links to its website and Council Tax Reduction scheme, compares nearby councils and cites every source.
