Reporting a figure
If a charge, premium or link looks wrong or out of date, tell us the page on our site and include a link to the council's or government's own page that shows the correct figure. We check every report against the official source before changing anything.
What we can't help with
We're not a council, so we can't see your account, change your bill, take payments or decide discounts. Contact your council for those: every council page links to its website.
